- Red onion, mushroom and stilton tartlet
- Pea, mint and avocado salad
- Green bean salad with mustard seeds & tarragon
MAINS
Choose one option per day for your group:
- Roasted lamb shank in red wine gravy with seasonal vegetables & potatoes or aubergine stuffed with puy lentils with roasted vegetables and a dressed green salad
- Individual Salmon or feta and Spinach en croute with Hollandaise sauce served with potatoes, seasonal vegetables or Greek lamb steaks cooked with potatoes, tomatoes, aubergine, olives and feta cheese served with a green salad
- Individual bouef en croute, or mushroom en croute served with potatoes, seasonal vegetables
- Lamb chops cooked with courgettes, feta cheese lettuce and mint or layered mushroom & cashew nut roast served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables
- Slow roast lemon & garlic chicken breast or Ottolenghi’s fried butter beans with feta cheese and zaatar
DESSERTS
Select a choice of 2 per day for your group:
- Jen’s sticky toffee pudding served with cream or ice cream
- Apple and Mincemeat filo parcels served with cream or ice cream
- Rhubarb and ginger syllabub
- Chocolate bread and butter pudding served with cream or ice cream
- Pavlova -meringue, fresh fruit and cream
- Victoria Sandwich Cake with cream and fruit
